Saw Dr Richmond for the first time. I felt comfortable with our visit and felt I had his undivided attention.

Everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional. Dr. Richmond was wonderful and made my mom feel at ease, She was a new patient for Dr. Richmond. The volunteers at the entrance of the building were super great and very helpful! The gift shop gave my mom a chance to do a little gift shopping in a very nice atmosphere. The ladies working there were wonderful and the merchandise is quality! Great experience for my mom who doesn't get out much from Assisted living.
