I'm very happy with Dr Richmond and all his staff

I love when you walk in to Burlington Hospital there is someone right there to help direct you. No guessing in what you have to do or where to go. The receptionist in Cardiology was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Richmond. He listens, explain things so you can understand and answers all your questions. It's nice to feel like you are a real person with issues and not just "the next patient". He really cares. Thanks Dr Richmond! All in all, I'm very happy with Aurora at Burlington Hospital.
