Dr. Hartman listens and answers all of my questions. He cares about finding the answers to the issues I came with.

Dr Hartman is a wonderful caring doctor.

The question on providing healthy eating habits are not normally addressed with my urologist unless pertaining directly to what I'm seeing him for. I don't want a " no" response. I think very highly of Dr Hartman and his staff. From front end visits, booking, schedule issues. The nurses and Dr Hartman are exceptional. All of my visits to pleasant prairie facility start at entrance of building and exit. Everyone is very patient dedicated. Thank you

Dr Hartman is a great physician. I have only seen him twice, but he has been very helpful with some issues I have been having. He explained some things to me at my 2024 appt that really were helpful and continued with additional conversation this week. I have given his name to several friends because I felt he would be a big help with some issues they were having. Hope he stays at Aurora.

Dr Hartman & his staff are outstanding!! (Even though they are obviously under pressure from upper mgmt to hussle patients through the appointments to maximize production). This crew is one of the nicest, knowledgeable & professional bunch I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I actually enjoy our visits. Nurses, Staff, front desk & ALL: Nice people!
