Dr. Hartman listened to all my questions and took the time to answer them with explanations that were easy to understand. I didn't feel rushed and could tell he really cared for my well being as his patient.
I was very unhappy that after taking the MRI, I did not receive any follow up info about the results. I called the doctor and was told that he would not talk to me on the phone and would only do it in person. The soonest they could get me in to see the doctor was 3 weeks away. This created much tension for me wondering what the results of the MRI was since it could have been very serious.
Dr Hartman and his staff were very professional and polite. Dr Hartman was very helpful as to what the cause of my issue maybe and has set up a plan to further investigate it. He gave me excellent information on the various meds that can or should not be used. It was the most informative visit I have ever had regarding my issue.
