Dr said if we needed further instruction how to use device we could come in and he'd show us.

I found Doctor Hartman competent, a good listener, able to answer the questions I had at the time of our meeting. I had even more questions after our consultation meeting and sent those in a message to him, via the Live Well site; but those questions do not, I believe, reflect poorly on his thorough consultation.
