Great I like dr williams

GREAT DR !!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Williams is very good. It's how they code tests incorrectly so insurance doesn't cover them that upsets me so I will NEVER recommend anyone ever again

The nurse and doctor were phenomenal. Only improvement was that the front end staff was gone after our appointment so there was nobody there to check us out or make a future appointment.

Dr. Williams has been my primary for many years and I feel comfortable talking about anything with him. He listens and advises as needed.

Seems as though the medical assistant is always rushing and forgets things about your file very easily.

Long past time to eliminate the requirement to wear a mask.

I was unpleased with the way the MA/nurses treated and reacted to my children when receiving the flu shots. My son needed a minute to get ready and she seemed to busy to want to deal with it. My daughter was very nervous and was not cooperating, I was doing my best as a parent to calm her down before having to give her the shot. Both the MA/Nurses in the room kept saying they had other patients that need their assistance and didn't have time for us. I feel like they were trying to get me leave without giving her the shot. We eventually pinned her down and gave her the shot but they were not patient or friendly to my children. If they are going to see children, they need to learn more compassion. My kids were not offered stickers or anything afterwards to make this a positive experience. Was starting to think about going to a children's facility for their care instead thinking maybe they will treat my children nicer.

Great experience but time to drop the masks

During the administration of the flu shot the RN only placed her hand on his shoulder and the needle was twisted in my son's arm prior to removing. I have never seen this as standard practice and am frustrated that he endured unnecessary pain and concerned with the technique used.
