I received three reminders, seems excessive. The text reminder only gave time and place without the name of the doctor. Pretty useless since I hadn't seen this doctor before. Having to confirm the appointment by email, phone, and text is ridiculous.

It's not broke. Don't fix it

I am grateful for Dr. Johnson's ability to share important health information effectively while allowing me, as his patient, to maintain my dignity. He is such an intelligent man!

From the moment I was greeted at the receptionist desk I felt I was a special patient. The two girls at the desk: awesome!

Dr Johnson is very good. I was randomly assigned him last year while at condell for a first time heart issue. Had no clue about him at that time but am glad I have him as my cardiologist. He has a great demeanor, encouraging.

I had a great experience. The whole staff was very nice and professional.

The nurse/PA/tech did not introduce themselves when entering the exam room. Otherwise she was very pleasant.
