Care provider and his staff were excellent. The receptionists in this building were unfriendly, and unhelpful to the point of being rude. There were two receptionists doing nothing at one of the two desks on the second floor. We stopped there to make a follow up appointment and were told we had to go to the other desk. I pointed out there was no one at that desk and was told someone would be back shortly. We waited 15 minutes at that desk in full view of the two receptionists at the other desk. Finally went back to the occupied desk and was told to try the first floor receptionist who was polite and helpful and made an appointment for me. It seems to me that one of them could have gotten up and told us we could make the appointment downstairs instead of just sitting there watching us.

Every point of contact that I made at this practice exceeded my expectations. Never did I feel rushed. It was one of my best healthcare experiences.
