I felt the doctor was limited on what he would and would not discuss at the appointment which resulted in me not bringing up subjects/topics I typically would have during previous visits with other doctors at this facility. Unfortunately, it seems almost like their intent is to nudge us into using online surveys and tele-health for what was traditionally a face-to-face doctor/patient discussion. As a male, certain topics can be uncomfortable to bring up and often times require a prompt by the doctor to open the discussion. Asking a patient a broad question like "what's on your mind" or "has anything been bothering you" is not sufficient enough for some to open up about sensitive topics. Rather, inquiring in a more specific manner would have better results and not leave the patient with the feeling their being rushed through a process. Additionally, it was interesting to see the reaction of the PA when they could not find a code in the system that aligned with the recent surgical procedure I had. I almost got a sense she simply chose whatever she felt was closest so she could move to the next screen. It concerns me that there may now be incorrect information in my file that others may be using to make decisions about my health.

Excellent, thank you.
I feel that you guys should be able to give kids vaccinations instead of having to make another appointment to go and get a vaccination for our children.
