I enjoy being seen by Dr. Mahmood. He has chill demeanor, listens to all my concerns, and makes referrals and recommendations based what I've shared. He's not the only provider to do this, but I find that I don't get the entire notes read and explained because they only want to focus on the main concern. If I have something that comes up as abnormal, even if it's not major, I still would like someone to translate medical rather than rely on looking it up online.

I saw my provider for gout. It was the first time I had met with this doctor. The nurse was terrific, and the doctor was outstanding.

Very professional. Listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. Did not rush me. He called me the next day and gave me test result personally and gave me additional advise to help my health issues.

Dr Mamood was super friendly and approachable. Made me feel comfortable and explained things in terms anyone would understand. Really happy I decided to change my primary care to his office.
