Usually pretty good. If doc would have been 5 mins later I was going walk out without my exam. Doc came in at 3:55 for my 3:00pm apt. I wasn't mad bc I wasn't in a hurry, but it's unprofessional from an operation's standpoint. No one told me they were running behind or apologized afterwards.
