There were errors under Social History Narrative notes. We have not moved recently (9 years ago). There has never been a problem walking 30 min., 5-7 times a week. I have been walking for more than 40 years! Our daughters do not live with us, they have been on their own for at least 20 years.

Dr Terry is a great doctor. I hope he doesn't go somewhere else

Dr. Terry is a caring and informative physician. This was my 1st visit and he made sure I was comfortable and understood everything he was telling me. He was also very thorough in diagnosing an issue and ordering labs to be done in the near future.

Still not happy to be considered a "new patient" for the 2nd time this year. I have been seen by doctors at Aurora for more than 20 years!

HE TOLD HE WOULD BE AT AURORA TILL HE RETIRED. HE ASK ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS? I DID. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE IS THOROUGH. IBELIEVE I WILL GET GOOD MEDICAL CARE WITH DR. TERRY
