Aurora needs to learn how to treat their staff better to prevent any further great doctors or staff from leaving!! Dr. Terry will be missed, I wish him and his staff the best!
Dr. Terry is an excellent listener. He created a treatment plan that makes perfect sense. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, skills, and bedside manner.
Dr. Terry is a new docter for me - my previous dr. retired after seeing me for over 20 years. I feel Dr. Terry is a good replacement.
These appointments are always very helpful, with excellent suggestions for changes and follow up needs.
Dr. Terry is great!
Felt comfortable. On time. Great approach.
Dr. Terry is the BEST.
Always professional and polite, very friendly and helpful knowledge.thank you
During my visit with DR Terry I felt completely unlistened to and dismissed. He seemed more concerned with thinking that diet and exercise were something that someone who spent close to 30 years in the military (by the way I weight less now than I did at retirement) needed to learn about, instead of exploring other avenues with me. I mentioned the fact that I hit a wall at roughly 5 o'clock daily where I am exhausted and ready to go to bed. We also touched on the fact that I chose to not take an anti-depression medication because it wasn't helping with my symptoms. I have also mentioned several times to not only DR Terry but to other providers that I have to take my entire days worth of Celecobix and Gabapentin at bed to have any chance at all of sleeping through the night because of pain and discomfort. Perhaps if he had listened to me he would have realized that maybe if we can make this person feel normal again, he might be able to make some progress towards his overall health goals instead of looking at him as a person who is chubby and doesn't want to put in the work. I have been a patient at Aurora for close to 20 years now and had always been given great treatment options. This is now the 3rd time in as many visits where the level of care is something that would have been found in an Army medical clinic (change your socks, drink water, and here is some 800 milligrams of Motrin then return to duty despite having a broken ankle).
Very thorough and answered questions in a personal and affirmative way
