Very responsible care of patients
Very nice, approachable and informative.
Dr. Carballo is extremely caring and empathetic. I would recommend the clinician to someone I know that would need to see a vascular surgeon.
Md was amazing. However...staff lead us to a supply company that doesn't even take Aurora insurance. Hard to believe you have to do so much running around to find things out on your own. You'd think the hospital test center would have someone to measure for stocking, and have some on hand. Would like to see if insurance may contribute to stocking as they are not cheap. We were told by 2 of the supply sites ( we found on our own), that they don't even submit the paperwork to insurance. What's the point of going through all this if we have to "figure it out" on our own! We are relatively young and fairly healthy and this was a PIA. Can't imagine if it was an older more frail patient. Dr carballo was very kind and informative, and i feel safe and confident In Him. The process is what is messy
Professional, and took the time to listen and make sure I understood my situation.
I will need to revisit in a couple of years for a follow-up appointment with this Vascular Surgeon. Per his recommendation. I left this appointment feeling great as the Ultrasound of both arteries in the neck had no increase in plaque.
EVERYONE was extremely patient and kind, especially my physician, who took the time to explain and reassure me the procedure will be mostly safe. However, in the scheduling office the person was a bit terse. Being scheduled for surgery, I was shaky. I tried to look up dates she threw out. I took longer than she thought I should.
This is the first time I have seen this Dr. He explained everything and did not rush me out of the office. Very pleasant person.
This was a new patient appointment. My daughter-in-law took my daughter to the appointment as she is special needs. Daughter-in-law was pleased with how quickly the situation was handled with the needed procedure scheduled.
He is a specialist and neither he nor I need to take up his time talking about unrelated things like diet and exercise and life styles other than what pertains to my condition . It does not need to be repeated every 6 months if nothing had changed. My primary care provider should be doing that... underline should( like she even cares).
