I would like my mother to be examined when the doctor enters the examination room, because the CNA checks her blood pressure and it's high, but after waiting for the doctor for 20 minutes in the room, I would like the doctor to check her blood pressure again to see if it's more normal now.

Should be told not to ear before a blood test so results would be accurate.
