The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.

The doctor and the experience were first class. However, the elevator from the parking garage to the outpatient pavilion was out of order. This wasn't an issue for me, but I witnessed several people struggling to walk up the steps in the garage. At a minimum, a person should have been there to help these people or direct them how to get assistance or go to a different parking garage with working elevators.
