Dr. Soni is an outstanding doctor. She listens carefully to my health concerns and goes above and beyond to help find solutions to my hearing problems.
Dr Soni reviewed all my diagnostic testing before my office visit. She even read all specialist's results and recommendations. She answered all my questions and gave me her opinion which I asked for. I felt like we talked through future treatment, if needed, so I know what to expect if medication doesn't work. She makes me feel like a partner in my healthcare. She has also personally called me with test results which made me feel like someone who really cares about her patients! She is a wonderful physician. I saw 4 other specialities, and she gave me more information about my symptoms and possible causes that all other four physicians combined. I trust her completely!
It was very refreshing that the medical assistant whom I saw first heeded my warning that the finger oximeters often gave wildly incorrect readings for my pulse. The result taken by a human was 64 bpm, whereas the gadget reported 102 bpm. The previous two times I had mentioned this in meeting with Aurora Health providers my observations of the gadget's unreliability were ignored.

Dr Soni and her team are absolutely amazing. While not wishing to need the care I needed, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. They knew my history, had looked over previous test results, listened to my concerns, provided clear information, and most amazing I really knew that in the end I was part of the choice. It was my decision to proceed with care. I was aware of risks and benefits, then got to make the final choice. I highly recommend Dr. Soni and her entire team!

Dr. Soni is such an excellent physician. She is compassionate and understands my somewhat unique ear history. Her PA was also excellent in talking with me and in examining and doing an initial cleaning of my ears. There was a medical student who also was present and he examined my ears as well at Dr. Soni's urging. He also was very gentle and conversive. All in all, I am always very satisfied with my examinations and outcomes with Dr. Soni.
