Dr Soni and her NA spent about 45 minutes getting to understand me and my issues, brainstorming possible solutions. Marvelous experience.

Dr. Soni was very kind and caring. She was totally focused and thorough tending to my issues. I feel very confident having her as my doctor.

Honestly one of the best doctor visits I've had in the past decade. I felt listened to, given time, like the doctor was sincerely trying their best to understand and help. It was quality beyond what I've come to expect, and I appreciated it deeply.

It really isn't the health care provider it is upper management because the healthcare provider is overwhelmed with too patients and that's a fact. They can only do what management allows. You ask for patience's option but I see no changes.

She has a calming way. She really took her time to explain everything we needed to know in a caring manner. We really appreciated that

I love that physician notes are available in Live Well. Being able to read them after my visit tends to fill in any blanks or questions I might have afterwards. Much more helpful than the after visit summary.
