As a brand new resident of West Bend and a brand new patient to Aurora, etc., I have little perspective. However, what I experinced on my first visit was excellent!

It would have helped the doctor greatly if the computer would have allowed her to log in on her first try and get the information she needed to review information and also enter information. The computer was not working properly and was an obstacle to the doctor and the patient. Dr Jahnke is an excellent doctor. Medicare restrictions on preventive medicine are a real draw back to patient care in my opinion.

I just love Dr Jahnke. She has referred me to other Specialists to see.

Dr Jahnke is always behind, but I really don't care. The reason I don't care is that she takes time to listen to her patients and talk to them about their medical issues and the things they should consider doing I know she will do that for every patient she sees. So I would rather see a Dr like DR Jahnke rather than one who rushes me out the door to meet a quota.

Very pleased. Tests I do not want were not forced or pushed. My decisions.

Dr. Jahnke and her staff are always kind and professional. Dr. Jahnke takes time to listen to my concerns and explain clearly.

I have been with Dr Jahnke for many years and she is very thorough I generally only need to see her once a year. I like her very much she helps me with all my concerns and questions and fits me into her schedule if I need it!

Dr. Jahnke is the best. My only issue is being asked to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time and then not being seen until 20 minutes after my set appointment time. Which makes me sit there waiting over 35 minutes. My time is valuable, too.

This appointment was a 200% improvement from my last appointment. She took time to ask me things and go over my health history.
