Provider was late; explanation was that she was at a meeting. When provider arrived, an apology was given; she added that the meeting did not appear on her schedule. Appointment seemed rushed but most questions were addressed and referrals made

Provider and nurses are great, fantastic, conscientious, intelligent, thorough, and thoughtful. If it weren't for Dr. Jahnke, I'd be gone from Aurora. The billing, charges, business administrative personnel and processes are unhelpful, non-empathetic, and impersonal (almost rude).
