This was the first time i met this doctor. She was well prepared with information about my medical condition.
This comment is not in regard to the caregiver herself, but rather the office staff. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was on the phone so I took a seat. I sat there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It was not until a medical assistant Asked the lady at the desk who was sitting there and whether I had been checked in. I was the only person in the waiting room. The lady at the desk had not even seen me and said they were shortstaffed and the phone had been ringing off the hook. I had been there for 15 minutes and the phone had never rang. I did not feel this was a good way to treat a patient.
I am a new patient to Dr Coulter, and I greatly appreciate that she took the time to read my medical chart prior to my appointment. She immediately set me at ease with her warm, friendly, and gentle nature. Her medical knowledge was up to date with the latest information, and she provided a complete annual exam. She's great! I'm so happy that I found her.
This provider's staff make you feel comfortable & help in getting dressed. They are to be complemented!
She was absolutely wonderful. The best doctor I have seen in at least 5 years. She reviewed my medical history and our notes from our last appointment last year and got all of the details right. Things I forgot she was able to quickly look up in the system without hassle. I appreciate her care so much. She is truly an exemplar doctor.

The caregiver began by explaining things and procedures. She then explained that women 40 something and up, no longer need physical exams by their OBGYN yearly or do testing. I informed the caregiver that I still wanted to do the full exam which included the papsmear and culture, regardless of her sharing what studies no longer recommend for women my age. I like being proactive, because although my husband and I are in a monogamous relationship, you don't always know what your partner could be doing. Which, is why I always have the test done. Thank you
