Dr. Coulter has been a trusted member of my care team for 35 years. She has helped me through all my gyn needs with care. I hope she never retires. My children, one of whom she delivered, also goes to her for their care as well. Can't say enough good things about her.

Dr Coulter is very nice. I am afraid she will be retiring soon! Yikes! Her nurse was very nice too!

It is reassuring to me that we still have providers like Dr. Coulter in the system who have that vast institutional knowledge. I understand that new providers must be able to practice and develop and gain their own knowledge and experience. But there are just certain providers who instill confidence and can reassure their patients. I am grateful for them.

The receptionist didn't acknowledge my arrival in the waiting room. She didn't look up from her computer as I stood waiting to be greeted. A few minutes later her coworker returned from a break and obviously assumed I was taken care of. I finally asked if I needed to check myself in. The younger girl who had just returned immediately took charge and got me checked in. I had to mention to the first woman how incredibly unprofessional that was and her reply was "I thought you were waiting for someone", which made no sense. Overall bad encounter with the older woman behind the desk.
