She is wonderful-knowledgeable, informed, good listener. My biggest problem is that she is 1/2 hour away. Worth it though FIX THE ADVOCATE PHONE ANSWERING SYSTEM!!!! Let us call directly to our own doctors office. VERY FRUSTRATING.....
