Rebecca listens to what I say, and answers all of my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed.

I don't like the fact that when I check in they always ask if I would like to make a payment on my balance. I make payments I don't need to be reminded at my appt to make a payment. Not everyone has the money to make or pay something in full.
