I think there needs to be more significant safeguards set up for patients upon check in. For example, you provide sensitive information and there are other patients very close by. And staff speaks loudly about patient issues too.

Doctor was delayed due to complications in treating another patient. She apologized for the delay. I understood her situation and told her I was not upset by the delay.
