No call backs, quick to leave and be done with visit, never asked about shots like the nurse said she would and seem like she didn't care about me.
I feel like Dr. Zimmermann really listens to my questions and concerns. I don't feel rushed or dismissed. She is extremely knowledgable and looks up things as she speaks to make sure I have all the information.
Dr.Z saw me in a timely manner, answered my questions, and prescribed additional tests. Her staff is also very personable and professional!
I was not impressed with the med student who observed during my appointment. He seemed aloof and dismissive. I'm usually ok with a student present. At this point I will rethink my option if a student may attend my appointment with Dr. Zimmermann. She was great as always !!

Aurora needs to improve their Epic system. All of a patient's information needs to transparent and readily accessible to providers, regardless of of which health care system provided the care.

Confusing with the nurse that met with me after I saw the doctor. As think I am supposed to have a blood test, but was not given any information nor no recap with the nurse of what happened was done at the time of my appointment after I had seen the doctor.
Very pleasant and a very good listener. Answered all my questions and was engaged in my concerns. Staff made a good 1st impression.
