I have always been very satisfied with the care Dr Zimmermann has provided
My Dr., the receptionists and nurses are ALL top notch. However, Aurora as a business is pitiful and expensive. Therapist locations are not up to date in your computer system. Much confusion due to wrong info in your computer, and I couldn't get into your app, nor could a receptionist initially. As a business Aurora is a poorly run business which is way overpriced.
I felt like my appointment was something to just check off the list
I liked her as a doctor I'm switching to her as my primary doctor.
Dr. Zimmermann is one of aurora best doctors.
Liked the med student who went over my history and meds.
Very helpful with an issue I brought up.
I do have my whole family seeing Dr Zimmermann she's a good doctor
Dr. Zimmermann and her team are top-notch. They are punctual and efficient. Dr. Z listens AND takes me seriously. Any question whether in person or through the messaging system is answered promptly and followed through.
