This has nothing to do with my doctor but to the Advocate itself. Your office is not that concern about your patient. They never give update if the patient has an open claim from workman compensation. The billing department will just send the bill to the patient portal. Never say that your insurance is not paying because you have an open claim in workman compensation. Billing dept don't care Just pay your bill from your own pocket even if you have medicare and supplement.
