Dr. Compton took her time to listen and helped us understand our baby's medical condition. She's soft spoken and gentle. It made it comfortable for us to ask questions. Very happy with her

Everyone was very nice. The hearing test happened as scheduled. The provider was 40 minutes late and it was a 9 Am appointment

Dr. Compton was amazing!! She explained everything very well and was very friendly. She had us do a hearing test the same day. The audiologists weren't too welcoming, it was a little awkward coming in room. I had my kids thinking it wasn't going to be a big deal because I'm going to a children's hospital but they looked at us like we were so many. My children were well behaved. But overall I'm happy we have a diagnosis for my child.

Everyone that attended my child was kind and gentle which kept my child at ease. Great first experience at your hospital.
