I went in for a follow up from urgent care, provider did not address urgent care visit until I brought it up. I was told to take ibuprofen, no further options were provided
Friendly office with people that care..
My visit was fast, friendly and efficient. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be admitted to an exam room. After my vitals were taken, the Dr. Kaleka entered and the exam began.
Keep up the good work
She is a relatively new physician to me and I am so happy with her. She is caring, easy to communicate and feel comfortable with. The office has good followup as she was on a two week vacation when I had issues but I felt she had left good instructions and the office had great continuation of care. She seems to have consulted with other professionals which I found reassuring. She took a great deal of time in my physical and addressed all my concerns and never made me feel rushed. Additionally the RN who did the initial assessments was caring and easy to talk with. Both had a ease about them as well as a nice sense of humor which made the visit comfortable. I am very pleased with my physician choice. I had a number of tests done and did wait a fair about of time for them to be read and was worried about results but that is something she had no control over. I have had to change physicians a number of times in the Aurora system and was getting a bit frustrated with that but this change turned out to be great for me.
Dr. Kaleka is very friendly and listens well. The staff is always friendly. Aurora is definitely a good provider.
