The provider was very compassionate with my pain in my left leg. The only thing I still don't understand is why I have to see all different doctors, when I believe they know it is a spinal issue.

So greatful to have this clean facility, always pleasant and knowledgeable staff taking excellent care of me. First time in my life???

I had a very positive visit overall. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait long this time - thank you for being respectful of my time and creating such a smooth experience. The only constructive feedback I'd like to share is that during my conversation with the resident, I felt my concerns were somewhat dismissed with the comment that "it's just normal aging." While I understand that some symptoms can be age-related, I think it's very important to take patient concerns seriously and explore them more fully. When patients hear that something is simply due to aging, it can make them feel unheard or brushed off. As someone who is proactive about my health, I can often do my own research and take next steps, but many patients may not have that same background or confidence. This presents a real opportunity for your team - to differentiate yourselves by focusing not just on treating illness, but on helping patients stay healthy and feel truly listened to. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended - with appreciation for the care I received and the desire to see your organization continue to grow and stand out for patient-centered care.
