I am a new patient with Dr. Trivedi on Valley Avenue. He is becoming familiar with my history and I am becoming familiar with his accent. He is very thorough, he's a attentive listener, and he explains things well. I think I am going to like being his patient.

Was very professional told me what my options were

I was told I had to take a Covid and flu test by the nurse. She seem to have doubted that I took a home test and questioned if it was expired. It was very strange, I did not want to take the tests and don't feel I should pay for them. I have never been put on that situation at my Aurora.

As usual the schedule was running behind. I had a 3:30 appointment but was not seen by the doctor until 4:00 p.m. even though I have seen this doctor once or twice already, he did not remember seeing me nor did he apparently read his charts to know that he had seen me before. It would be nice if they had enough time between patients to look at the medical history and find out those details.

The entire team, including paraprofessionals, was kind.

He was efficient and pleasant and seems to be the only doctor that you can get a same day appointment with. I might switch to him as my regular doctor. At first visit it is slightly difficult to understand him with the accent, but it did not impede the visit. Hapoy that his nurse called the next day to explain the blood test results.

The doctor and staff are very helpful, and caring.
