While I appreciate the efficiency of the appointment and the check of my vital signs, I left feeling that there wasn't enough attention given to important preventive care discussions, especially those that are relevant to someone of my age and ethnicity. Given the health disparities that disproportionately affect Black patients, I was hoping for a more proactive conversation about screenings and tests that are essential at this stage in my life. I've had to bring up concerns myself, such as my upcoming colonoscopy, rather than these being recommended or discussed in detail. I value having a doctor I can trust to guide me through what's necessary for maintaining my health long-term. Moving forward, I'd appreciate more open dialogue, personalized insights, and preventive care planning during my visits. It helps me feel like my whole health profile is being considered, not just the basics. Thank you
