I arrived and checked in at 1:30. My appointment was at 1:40. At 2pm- I asked another woman that had been there before me who she was seeing. She said she was seeing the same surgeon I was seeing and they had called to ask her to come in early. Her initial appt was at 3 but they moved her to 2pm. She was called back at 2pm, and ai asked the PSR's how far behind the doctor was running. I said I had been waiting 20 minutes and the appt after me had been called back before me. She went to check and apologized. I was finally called back at 2:10 and not seen until 2:20pm. I felt rushed as had another appt to go to that I would now be late to. I also left work early to arrive a bit early for this appointment. I respect their time, my time was not respected at all.

He talked me through it, so I was very pleased with him

Dr. Walker Santiago is wonderful. He takes his time explaining each step. Very gentle and compassionate man. Will use him for all my orthopedic needs in the future and will recommend him to my friends.
