Medical record dept failed to download all my medical records I brought in BEFORE my appointment. A waste of time and gas to get my records from Froedert Hartford and hand deliver them to the medical records dept in Grafton. NOTHING was down loaded!!! I was told to get them and they were NEVER used. That really STINKS !
