This was my 1st time seeing Dr Zaia and she was incredibly thorough! The appt wasn't rushed but was conducted in an efficient, professional manner - yet seemed like talking to an old friend. I had more than 1 follow up phone calls from her - what doctors call patients these days?!?! I was impressed with her timely follow up to review the initial test results and then more so with her diligence on the follow up 'follow-ups' :-) I appreciate her hard work and kindness.
