I thought the office was very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. My doctor was kind, timely, and listened to my issues. The one thing I will say though, and I think this is more a comment on the US healthcare system and less about this office in particular, is that the solutions to the issues that I brought up were all medication to mask my symptoms rather than solutions to fix them. While technically pain medication does get rid of pain, which is a solution, I would have preferred to get to the bottom of why my pain (period cramps) have gotten this bad over time to begin with. Maybe pain medications would have been the only answer in the end but maybe not, we'll never know. It just felt like a bandaid instead of a real solution. Maybe that's something I should have brought up myself but it wasn't until I left the office and thought more about it that I realized that's the real reason I don't go to the doctor very often. I just end up walking out with no more knowledge than I had before from googling my symptoms.
