I was told the same thing that the np I saw in walk-in provided and it cost me $35. Not impressed at all.
The person who roomed me was very cold and impersonable. She never introduced herself, didn't wear a name badge and appeared to be bothered to be there. When called, she walked very fast keeping at least 15 feet ahead of me. Being an orthopedic clinic, consideration should be made that the patient may not be able to walk fast and keep up. Rachel was amazing! Took the time to explain everything, show and explain imaging, and offered options, allowing for shared decision making.
