Quiana was thorough in her assessment of my medical issue. She quickly got the treatment needed to resolve my issue. If anything else comes up, I would like to be seen by her!

My visit exceeded my expectation's

This was my first visit with NP Jackson in my quest to find a new pcp. My pcp of 36 years retired. I think I got lucky and ms. Jackson definitely fit all my needs. So far so good. She was pleasant, professional, informed and caring. I'm hoping to be in her care from now on.

All staff members were courteous and respectful. However your lab department at this location are extremely slow.

Dr. Jackson listens attentively and thoughtfully. I feel that she understands me and my concerns and makes wise judgment on care. I am very comfortable with the treatment plan we have in place. Dr. Jackson was very aware of what labs, screenings, visits, procedures, etc. I have due (and overdue) and addressed each one making sure I had all the orders, referrals, and instructions I needed. I will definitely recommend Dr. Jackson to others!

I didn't get any information about how to care for my injury going forward. I have no idea when I would receive the results pertaining to my x-rays which were taken. Other than referring me to a foot doctor, it seems like a visit wasted.
