Dr purvi patel and all staff very efficient

Though I waited over an hour to see the doctor, I felt like it was worth the wait. She listened to me, helped me and understood my concerns. She took her time talking to me and never felt rushed.

Dr Patel is very informative and explains everything thoroughly so I understand my health questions and is very efficient with scheduling the tests needed. She has been my physician a long time and I love her and hope she never leaves Advocate.

I was sent over to get my labs done. I checked in at the front desk with my name and provider. He "checked me in". I waited 50 minutes watching every single person be taken back for labs that walked over after me. I then walked up 50 minutes later and asked to double check if I was checked in. He then asked my name and provider and told me he will check me in. I was then taken back within 10 minutes.

The physicians knowledge and my issues in particular are astonishing! She and her team are a care team dream team! So grateful to have her as my primary care!!

Unfortunately, even with a 2 o'clock appointment (I arrived early) the wait time was at least 1 hour after my appt time which is crazy. I love Dr Purvi Patel...she is always thorough, great personality and bedside manner and answers my questions, moving me to improve my health. Just hoping wait times aren't so long in the future. Doctor's staff is pleasant and helpful as well so overall kudos.

Dr. Purvi and her medical assistant are so attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I don't feel rushed and leave feeling she really cares and is up to date on all the latest medical knowledge and recommendations.

She spent a long time discussing my history. She was thorough and kind.
