Dr. Purvi Patel is understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. I walked out of the office feeling confident that I'm on the right track healthwise.

An appointment was scheduled for me because there were none available through the app for my doctor (at least nothing for months). I got to the office at 11 am, one person in the waiting area and didn't get into a room until 12:15 pm. It is unacceptable to wait an hour after arriving to get into the room. Especially when no one else is in front of me

Takes the time I need, never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I matter, and she has my best health in mind. She cares. Explains so I can understand. Never seems annoyed if I repeat the same question.

She is very thorough and kind, and the office staff is very efficient.
