Dr Purvi Patel was extremely thorough and helpful with my health issues. She is a very caring and dedicated Doctor.
. My experience was with my primary care doctor, Dr. Patel, and her staff a true professionals and our credit to the Advocate Health Care profession. Is because of her care she constantly monitors my health my continuously educating me, monitoring all the results of test or procedures from other doctors, she explains everything in detail so that I'm able to understand it, she goes over everything from simple care procedures to all the medicines I take she explains why I take everything or why I see people or away I'm seeing other doctors why I'm having different procedures or tests done she's very courteous true professional she continuously make sure that if I have questions I should ask she provides so much information on all aspects of my medical care from diet proper Healthcare procedures she monitors all the vaccination shots make sure I'm always up to date she's truly a remarkable professional gee I believe sets the standards for other doctors to follow
I feel like Dr Patel really knows me and listens to me. She is no longer in network for my insurance but i continue to see her because i feel like she really listens to me and we approach issues together. I like that i have a doctor that knows me because it seems like healthcare is moving away from that model towards a more see whoever is available model. Dr Patel and her staff always respond to messages and take care of any of my concerns in a timely fashion. I appreciate their care so much.

I, was completely satisfied with the service and my Dr visit.
I love my provider however when I need to see her for a cough, cold it's virtually impossible to get in. I am forced to go to an urgent care facility or even the ED which is ridiculous!!! I want to see my doctor when I'm sick, not an urgent care physician who has never seen me.
