Dr. Patel was fantastic

I have been seeing Dr.Patel for several years and I am very satisfied with her care as she was able to sit down & listen to my concerns & never made me feel rushed.I guess Advocate has doctors shortage this time .Firstly, appointments are not available for several months.I wanted to discuss all about my other specialist doctors visits since I last saw her. She gave me somewhat enough time & attention to my questions but being a senior I needed to go on in a slower pace. I can understand that she has more patients to handle in a timely manner.I hope Advocate will hire more doctors. I can always message Dr. Patel via portal if needed.

Office is friendly and work quickly. I was seen in a mostly timely manner, did not have to wait terribly ling (half hour late). Dr Patel is kind and listens, takes her time to explain her plan of care. She is efficient and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
