All I needed was a pre-operative clearance and I have it through another hospital. The first problem was I could not see my doctor because for some reason her book was close. I kept calling each day and finally after five days I got somebody from my doctor to call me back. They said they were going to talk to another doctor to get me in and then it took another week for them to call me back to get me in to see this new doctor.The doctor refused to fill out the paperwork and gave me a hard time about how they will never fill out other hospitals paperwork and then I need to go see a cardiologist it took over a month to get me in to see one the meanwhile, I am waiting to have the surgery that I've needed. It took me a month to get into see the doctor and then another month or so to go see a cardiologist and it wasn't any special one I would've taken the first one that was available I would've gone anywhere but I still have to wait another month so I had to put off my surgery now two months in order for me to get cleared. This is every time I go into that Evergreen Park/ Beverly office. Everything about that office takes so long for simple stuff after that I'm finding a new doctor.
