I have seen this Dr at least 3 times and he is never on time. He does not listen to me as a patient given that each time I come he states "I don't know alot about you." Then he proceeds to ask me questions asked and answer on prior visits. Because of this behavior pattern I actually told him "that means you aren't listening to me" to which he responded "probably not." I found this statement to be rude and unprofessional. I also find it sad that my other health care providers are of other nationalities and ethnicities and I am treated with respect. However the sad part is Advocate on Western is the only facility where I can see people that reflect my culture and ethnicity and the service is the worst out of all my medical treatment. How is this even possible should I not support the African American professional. Hopefully Dr. Taylor is not the norm but he did not leave me with a good impression of your facility. Thank you for reading and listening to me.

I was nervous due to the previous visits blood pressure was up, it was good this visit. Dr. Prentiss spoke in a soft tone, made eye contact and went over my history, my successes, weaknesses and goals. He indicated that I was doing much better in meeting my desired goals, he was very encouraging which made the visit more relaxed.
Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere.
Just like to Say Prentiss Taylor is an axylon doctor I will recommend him.

The doctor having reviewed my case was very prepared for my visit. Seemed to be truly concerned about my well being. He listened carefully and provided excellent feedback and suggestions. He was personable and incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
