The doctor was very through and informative

There was a mix up at the front desk that the lady didn't sign me into the doctor, so I had an extremely long wait. But afterwards had a nice visit with the doctor.

I would like to be seen at my appointed time. Dr. Taylor seems to be late with my appointment. I have scheduled at different times and days, and I still have to wait.
