Dr Boppana always takes her time during my visit and listen to everything I have to say. I'm never rushed and she always makes sure all my questions are answered before I leave.

Physician knows patients medical conditions

Hi. I have had prior virtual appointments with Dr. Boppana without an issue. I checked in with the link provided. I was then directed to "Zoom", which I did not used on my cell. I did download but it then asked for the password. I ended calling the office, where I waiting on hold for over 5 minutes. The funny thing that as soon as I had someone, it finally did connect but then there was the volume. NOTE: I am not complaining about Dr. Boppana (She is the best) (nor the office) but I hope that maybe there could be a way to contact the office when there is an virtual visit issue.

Overall, as usual, a very good experience being under the care of this provider. The front staff, nursing staff, and physicians were/are very knowledgeable; and, they did everything with the patient's best interest in mind.
