I would have liked to discuss my results of my blood work before just providing me with medication and not giving me any other options to control it.

He seems very rushed I'm sure due to medicare I realize those visits don't let the doc spend time for questions it's a wellness Check ups is fast I noticed it says they check something in chart did not do it but charted it said covered it when you have chronic conditions and many other things going on during wellness check up it makes thing harder to cover due to limitations on Medicare part ( not doc fault ) I came from Ascension moved over to Aurora and all my prior diagnosis are not all listed. So some of the things can be missed when it comes to a person's health.. before that I was seen in lacrosse Wis and in new Lisbon ( mauston Wis before coming back to this area ) 30 some years gone from this area and many doctors had retired or moved on from ascension's care. So my treatment plan from prior pain medicine physical medicine occupational therapy were dismissed when I moved back to Milwaukee area because a physician wanted to do their own thing .. not pick up where I was in my health care so over the past 12 years I've had to prove different conditions with other doctors from Ascension health's Aurora.which completely ignoring what was already diagnosed.. I did bring paper records back then from my primary care up north . For the doctor to keep in my records and new physicians changed prescriptions later Causing many of my prior prescriptions to always be changed which I was doing well on. It's been frustrating . I see things changing with the system in this area, but you also were Limited to what you can say and what you want because you're only given a 10 minute visit and people with chronic conditions are rushed it doesn't matter that I've spent thousands of dollars to be diagnosed with a condition up north gone through pain management, physical therapy, occupational therapy to find out how to handle the conditions I was diagnosed with and the treatment plan used to have a another person, tell me that they're not gonna continue that plan that they're going to reevaluate everything. And doing so I became disabled because I was not kept on my treatment plan so I can continue to stay employed because I was managing my condition well until I moved here to this area. So it's very frustrating as a patient to be underminded in continue care when you move into a new area and a different health system. I think when you get new people moving to the area, they should always make sure they get all your records and that it's put into your record.. It's slowly getting better because my provider is trying to handle things that are coming up that needs attention so I do like this provider but you need someone in recordkeeping to sit down with the patient that's new to the area and get all the records so that your physician can do the best job.
