This is my second time seeing this provider. Time will tell. He seems very nice.

He seemed concerned about my health. He was friendly and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Also gave me goals to work on.

Dr. Kolanowski was wonderful to me. He listened and understood my point of view,and made me comfortable.

Unsure about next follow up meeting. It's either 6 or 12 months.

I would like him to go a little farther in what I say to find a answer to the problem. To look into ways for things I can do to help the problem.

Dr. Kolanowski is a very good doctor, very nice, he is a good doctor in his position who should treat people
