Both Dr. Sasser, and his associate treated me with a lot of respect and dignity. They didn't make me feel like "an old lady with a sprained ankle"! They were genuinely concerned about helping me with my recovery and coming up with a plan, which I needed. I also felt very at ease and enjoyed the conversation and a few laughs during my visit.
